BANK HOLIDAY INFORMATION

 

We will be closed from 2pm Friday 24th May 2024 & will re-open at 9am Tuesday 28th May 2024.

The last day for any guaranteed courier deliveries will be Wednesday 22nd May by 11.00am, we will still process courier parcels on Friday 24th May by 11.00am & Royal mail parcels by 12.00pm however these will not be guaranteed deliveries due to the Bank Holiday.

We will process any new orders on our return on Tuesday 28th May & answer any queries.

All the text, images, graphics, logos, artwork and other content on this website is owned by Club Zone Supplies and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of the website may be reproduced without Club Zone Supplies prior consent.

  1. Secure Shopping with Club Zone Supplies

Shopping at Club Zone Supplies is completely safe and secure. Our secure server encrypts all information you give us, including your name, address and credit or debit card details, to ensure that this information can be safely transmitted through the internet without any other party being able to access it. Club Zone Supplies never passes any of your details on to any third party. Club Zone Supplies reserve the right to decline an order at our absolute discretion.

  1. Prices

Club Zone Supplies reserves the right to change the prices of our products at any time and without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, all prices on our website are exclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance and installation.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering Goods are correct and should you be using a credit or debit card there must be sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Goods ordered. If the prices of our products change for any reason between the date we accept your order and the proposed delivery date, we will inform you and ask you to confirm by e-mail or telephone that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable, you will of course be given the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

  1. Order and Acceptance

A contract of sale will exist when we accept your order. Your order will be accepted by way of a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation e-mail shall contain information regarding the Goods ordered, the cost of those Goods and any other important information in our sole discretion we choose to provide. You must check the details contained in this e-mail and we advise you to print and keep a copy of it. By placing your order with Club Zone Supplies, you agree to buy the Goods ordered at the specified price. If you have any doubts at all about the quality or suitability of a personalised item, we advise that you do not place the order without contacting us first. All our Goods are offered subject to availability. Occasionally some items may be replaced with a similar product with the same value. Where the price of any Goods has increased between the time of your order and our acceptance of it or, if a delivery charge needs to be amended, we will email or telephone you to advise of the change. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  1. Back Orders

Our Policy is to only display items on our website that we physically have in stock however there is always the chance we might miss something.  If we are out of stock of an item, we will drop you an email explaining the situation and advise you on estimated delivery time, at this point you can either request a full, or partial refund, or order an alternative.

  1. Title

Risk of damage to or loss of items purchased from Club Zone Supplies passes to you at the time of delivery. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the Goods is received by us in full and until such time all Goods remain the property of Club Zone Supplies.

  1. Warranties

Club Zone Supplies aims to provide our customers with high quality products and takes all reasonable steps to ensure you are pleased with your purchase, unless otherwise stated our products are covered only by the manufacturer’s guarantee.

 

  1. Payment

Club Zone Supplies accepts payment using all major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro, Cheques:- made payable to CIU Durham, orders will not be posted until cheque is fully cleared, usually within 10 days.

  1. Delivery

Providing the Club Zone Supplies has the items in stock, we aim to deliver within 2 working days.

Carriage is charged on all orders unless you choose collection at checkout.
Our Courier P&P charge is £7.75 plus VAT on parcels over 2Kg up to 5Kg and usually sent via DHL and £10.00 plus VAT on parcels over 5Kg up to 23Kg.
Courier Parcels over 23Kg up to 30Kg charge is £14.00 plus Vat, all to UK Mainland only.

Orders under 2Kg in weight will incur a charge of £5.90 plus VAT, sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for – not guaranteed – fully tracked

Orders under 2Kg in weight will incur a charge of £3.70 plus VAT, sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class standard post – not guaranteed – not tracked
Orders under 2Kg in weight will incur a charge of £5.10 plus VAT, sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for – not guaranteed – fully tracked

Free delivery and our standard delivery charges are only applicable to deliveries within the UK Mainland, Delivery is available outside of these area’s but additional charges will apply. Please contact us for a quotation, If you are unsure please contact us at reception@ciudurham.org.uk before placing your order. Club Zone Supplies reserves the right to decline any order placed where additional delivery costs may apply.

We deliver the products you order to the address you specify for delivery. It is important that this address is accurate. It is a condition that all orders dispatched will require a signature on delivery, we will never leave items unless they have been signed for unless it is being sent via Royal Mail Standard & less than 2kg in weight, We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods by the delivery date stated, however, we cannot accept any liability in the event that the Goods are not delivered by the specified date. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered and signed for.

We cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us by the courier due to non-delivery e.g customer unable to collect from carrier if item was unsuccessfully delivered due to customer being out etc. The courier will leave a card and it is up to the customer to arrange a re-delivery, if after this the courier returns the goods back to us, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred, e.g the original delivery cost & the cost for returning back to us and any re delivery costs again if applicable however if the customer then requests a refund, these full delivery costings will be deducted from the original payment made and a refund minus these costs will be paid back.

10. Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived, only contact us if you have checked the tracking information first if you have paid signed for delivery or a courier parcel & if paid for 1st or 2nd class standard royal mail check that it is not at your local post office waiting for collection & also check that they have not left you a calling card or parcel has been left with a Neighbour etc, if you still cannot locate the parcel please contact us within 7 days of dispatch and we will do our checks with our courier or Royal Mail , after we have completed our checks we will inform you of the outcome depending on postage paid at the time of ordering.

11. Returns & Refunds

Please read the Returns Policy below before placing your order with Club Zone Supplies in case you wish to return your order for any reason, If you are returning an item to us because it is damaged, defective or due to an error on our part or any shortages in your delivery, you must notify Club Zone Supplies within 2 working days of delivery. Club Zone Supplies will check all items that are returned as damaged or defective. If we find no fault with any item, we reserve the right to recover the cost of the item and our expenses from you.

We do not accept returns on any personalised orders as we will send you a proof for your approval for these before going to print.

12. Cancellation

If you are purchasing Goods and having received the Goods, you want to return them (assuming they are not faulty or damaged) you are permitted to do so at your own cost, unused, these must be in a sellable condition, you must contact us within 2 working days from the date the goods are delivered to you to receive a returns Code. Goods will not be accepted without a returns code number. Although you are not required to give any explanation for returning the product Club Zone Supplies appreciates all positive and negative feedback from our customers in order to help us improve our products and services for the future. Club Zone Supplies reserves the right to refuse any returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
