Returns Policy 

If you are unhappy with any product supplied by Club Zone Supplies, please contact us on Tel 0191 3863921 or email reception@ciudurham.org.uk and tell us your problems or concerns and we will do our best to resolve them.

Returns Within 7 Days

We will accept returns within 7 Days of delivery, goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in their original selling condition. Please contact us first via telephone before returning your item to obtain a Return code, this allows us to track your return back into our system and issue your exchange or refund efficiently.

Your item will NOT be accepted back without a Returns Code.

If the order is being returned through no fault of our own, then the buyer is responsible for return postage costs & we strongly advice that you send back to us using a tracked service. Original delivery cost will not be refunded. Once the return has been inspected and in the original condition from sale, we will process the refund for the products returned and you will see your refund back to the original payment method usually within 3-5 working days.

We will not accept unwanted items that have been used or are not in their original sellable condition.

Please package them correctly when returning to avoid damage as we are not responsible for any items being returned that we receive damaged.

Personalised Orders

We do not accept any returns for items that are personalised as we will send you proof of the personalised item via email for your full approval before these go to print.

Receiving Damaged Goods

Every effort is made in ensuring the goods leave our premises undamaged and in perfect working condition. Should you discover that a product  has been damaged in transit, then you must contact Club Zone Supplies on Tel 0191 3863921 within 48 hours and we will instruct you what to do next. 

Any product that is under a manufacturer warranty period and you can provide proof of the warranty registered, then please contact us on Tel 0191 3863921 and we will instruct you what to do next. We will be advised from the manufacturer of any repair costs etc and if there will be any carriage charges.
